INSPECTIONS AND AUDITS IN PAINTING FIELD
TEC Eurolab
We offer expertise and instrumentation to support the client in drafting specifications for paint product control
Increase supplier quality levels and reduce nonconformities and the need for remedial painting cycles
TEC Eurolab can support the client in verifying the suitability of the infrastructure intended for storage, use and operation of facilities destined to the painting process, by defining the best ways for the internal management of the process, through the drafting of self-control charts to be used during the processing cycles. It can also provide technical support in selecting and correctly defining the best products to use for non standard machining.
The painting process is, by nature of the materials used and the application methods adopted, very heterogeneous and has no unambiguously defined guidelines. Therefore, control and development of application and verification methodologies become essential in order to ensure products that comply with company specifications, reducing issues related to Operational Non conformities and ensuring optimization of the result of the application process, in terms of durability and aesthetic quality.
TEC Eurolab, thanks to the experience gained by the staff of its laboratories, is able to deploy skills and instrumentation to support the customer in drafting specifications for the control of the painted product, starting from the definition of the control checklists up to the support for the maintenance of quality in production.
With the goal of increasing the quality level of suppliers and reducing non-conformities and the need for remedial painting cycles, TEC Eurolab offers:
- Custom audits at an agreed-upon frequency, in accordance with the product and process quality requirements of the client
- Technical support for the implementation and management of quality control documents for the painting process
- Technical support for the drafting of test specifications, both on components in operation and at third-party laboratories, by defining test procedures based on the specific characteristics of the product and the coating process adopted.
